1 Label remover
Remove the label from bottles

3 Crusher
Crush with water, and this machine can cut the PET bottle into tiny
flakes.
4 Hot washer
Hot washer is the most important step of the recycling line, which
can remove the contamination such as grease,oil, glue etc.
5 Screw feeder
Screw feeder is mainly used for conveying the material.
7 High speed Friction washer
High speed friction washer is a highly efficient machine for
cleaning PET flakes.
8 Washing tank
Washing tank separates materials based on the different density.
9 Dewatering machine
The first stage of drying process, dewatering machine can lower the
PET flake's moisture to roughly 20%.
10 Pipeline drying system
Pipeline drying uses hot air to further dry the flakes which can
reduce moisture level to below 1%.
