Application:
PVC Plastic pipe making machine is mainly used in the production of Agricultural water supply & water discharge system, architectural water supply & discharge system, wire laying system, etc. purposes.
The unit consists of Conical (Parallel) double screw extruder-PVC pipe mold Vacuum forming tank Haul off machine Cutting machine Stacker Belling machine.

Machine configuration:

Standard Φ315~Φ630mm PVC pipe production line is composed by automatic material feeder, SJSZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vaccum calibration tank, cooling tank, haul-off, cutter and belling machine.

Raw material which feed on the pvc pipe extrusion line

It include PVC powder, CaCO3, stabilizer, Paraffin, Titanium, CPE, Stearic acid and so on. All these material should be mixed well by high speed hot and mixing unit.

The pipe forming adopt circular-water cooling, About 5 ton per hour for 630mm Pipe, and around 3 ton per hour for 200mm Pipe.

Some parts of this line is controlled by gas cylinder(like haul-off and cutting machine, stacker, high speed mixer), and 0.4Mpa-0.8Mpa compressed air is required. The water in cooling tank stay under 40 degree is enough.
